Hot Chilli Pepper
Thank you so much for yesterdays kind words.
I made a meal tonight requiring a chilli pepper. Now, at the weekend I was making a rather nice paella, or it should have been very nice but I mistook the strips of sweet bell pepper in the picture for hot chilli peppers and thought I'd better just put 2 in. Oh, gosh, it was hot!
That was the bad bit, the good bit was that I now buy frozen raw prawns, much more tender and juicy than the pink cooked ones.
Anyhow, while I still had some peppers left, I cooled one off for a blip!
