A hard frost this morning , the birds were waiting for the feeder fill up at sunrise, Hubs obliged . The pretty white stuff mostly melted as a sunny but perishing cold day progressed. Tights and thermal dog walking troosers , 5 top layers, hat, scarf and gloves were all required ( I do feel the cold )!! Dog walked, ponies done and a beautiful evening sky on the way home. Plan is to ride tomorrow , might have to give Miss lively a lunge first .
Lockdown until 5 th March just announced so still no further than 5km for exercise - would love to get back to riding lessons and a dry indoor school ...... squelching through ankle deep mud has its limits.
