Cake band

Wet, grey and dismal here for much of today.  A day for indoors.  Ironing first thing and then I finished the cross stitch cake band for No 2 son's 30th birthday in April.   I wonder whether we will be able to celebrate it with him by then?

Knitting this afternoon and finished listening to audible authorised biography of Victoria Wood.  Very poignant.
