I can assure you that this is moving - it's a projection light that I bought on a whim (not as good as I hoped because, to flood the room with changeable colours, you have to have it placed centrally otherwise it projects up the wall - like in the photo!)   
The blue/green colours are much nicer, looking a little like the Northern Lights ....... suspect it's going to be one of those things that, after a while, gets put in a cupboard somewhere - seemed a good idea at the time - lol.
