heavenly cake

This cake, whatever it is, tastes utterly divine. It’s orangey, almondy, appley and delightfully spiced. A gift from dear neighbours and I need the recipe before they move!

Gratefuls:

1. Getting a lot done at work. I think home school difficulties have left me with less patience at work and it’s been useful for moving some things on. Though my colleagues all look slightly startled by the new Suz;
2. This cake;
3. A potty training breakthrough and the ensuing dance around the kitchen.
