Veganzola!

Along with Shamembert, Herbivoursin and Insteddah Cheddah. This is the real deal, hugely expensive artisan vegan cheese. In a different league from the stuff you buy in the local supermarket, the blue and the soft French style cheese would fool most people in a blind tasting. The cheddar is more like a Wensleydale in my view but very tasty. Apart from the price, you can’t really fault it. 

I had another long day today. I am very busy. Too busy in fact. We were all knackered tonight so got a Thai takeaway which worked out really well, particularly as TGR FaceTimed from Canada just as we were just finishing.
