Knekkebrod

Another go at Norwegian knekkebrod using the recipe given to me by M's girlfriend C. I had to throw a few away because I could not remove the non-stick baking paper!.   There's enough here for quite a few bits of cheese. C says they last a few weeks in a box.  
Mr P eyed them up and asked if they were biscuits. Yes I said but they don't  have any sugar in them. He has a cupboard full of biscuits that I don't touch - too sweet for me.
