Notes: Woke 4a (no full rest for the weary) and couldn't go back to sleep. Finally headed out about 530a for a lovely run on the quiet streets and just-after-full moon. Quick shower, coffee and started the conference 7a. Went all the way to 8p with some short breaks. Quite tired but was very good!
