Beneath Biscay

By Douglian

Pleasant Sunday lunchtime walk around the headland. Very breezy but warmish. There were surprisingly few people around which makes a nice change, especially now that Gijón and all other towns in Asturias with more than 50,000 people, have their perimeters closed, as has Asturias itself.

Daughter C's university classes have now all switched to on-line. As a result one of her flat mates has headed back to Barcelona, the other is going back home to the south of Galicia, near the Portuguese border, and C. intends to come back home next Wednesday.
