Unsure

I recruited Amber for today’s blip, as she has been in a funny mood. I got the third degree sniff inspection, when we got back from the hospital yesterday and I’m wearing the same trousers today, so she is following me like a shadow. 

I was really surprised this morning when I got a phone call from a friend of 50 + years. We have exchanged Christmas letters since we married, her in 1970 and me in 1971, but never met up. We chatted for about an hour and it was as though we last met at Christmas. It was the mention of my cardiac surgery in my letter and some items in hers that prompted her call. It was a bit surreal, but lovely.

I’ve been more than a bit lethargic this afternoon, not sure if it a result of the vaccine yesterday, but I slept for a couple of hours and feel loads better this evening.
