Torture

Torture is your wife baking some lovely cakes when you're on a diet and neither of you being able to eat them!

Mrs P baked these for a cake sale at her work tomorrow to raise funds for a colleague who's daughter is sick and needs to go to Edinburgh for treatment a lot.

Diet log:

Breakfast: yogurt, muesli breakfast bars, skinny latte
Lunch: small chicken salad
Dinner: HB paprika chicken
Snack: m&s healthy chicken sandwich & Special K bar.
