Swans

I managed to get out yesterday afternoon for my first stroll since my fall last week, so headed for my favourite stretch of Leeds/Liverpool canal near Wigan, which passes through the local Flashes.
No excuses for posting a day late, as I'd already blipped what I wanted to, but the families of Swans were on particularly fine form, and this male and female seemed really pleased to see one another, even though there were still four cygnets in tow!
I'd even taken my trusty old Canon 60D plus 70-200mm lens as well, which felt reassuringly solid and 'old tech'!
