Big Jabby Day

I sat in the waiting room after my Covid Jabby, while Mrs F had hers. Facing me was the back of a chair with this sign on it. I did what I was told and didn't move a muscle. Wonder what it was meant to achieve.

I'm sure the instant headache is psychosomatic. However I shall embrace the possibility of feeling tired and relax with a huge mug of tea and a book.
I've followed advice to take it easy tomorrow ("just in case") by arranging an 8am site meeting in the ice.
