Candlemas Bells

As it is Candlemas today I thought I'd go in search of Snowdrops. I have a couple of very solo specimens in my garden - they were separated and distributed around the garden a couple of years when we did a bit of an overhaul. These are in the Church grounds and are just emerging. I only recently discovered they were sometimes know as Candlemas Bells so here they are. The rain added a bit of interest I thought and couldn't decide between this shot and the close up I've added as an extra.
