Winter Aconite

A lovely splash of yellow in the rough ground alongside the old rail track, it was very welcome on a very wet and sleety day.
Good news from Mum's  carers, she's  up and smiling today. She tucked into porridge and cream with a banana to follow all washed down with fortified milk drink. To be honest, I would have struggled  to finish that lot.
A phone appointment  with a new GP,   to sort out my problems after being taken off my arthritis  medication and antacid. I can cope with analgesia, but the acid reflux is ghastly.  So a lovely specimen to be collected before I restart antacid meds tomorrow. This age thing is rubbish.

I had another go at my oil paint  portrait. My bro will probably  never see it.

Mr.R made the homemade chicken Tika masala. Good old Santa and the Spice grinder.

As aye
