pounding waves

Another dry day ! And I found myself with an unexpected day at home on my own, always a treat. I managed to get some pruning jobs finally finished. At least one bit of the garden looks tidy!

This evening I went to Long Strand for a proper walk. It was all fast water this time, huge noisy pounding waves and white surf.
I got home at six-thirty and it was still light.
