Heart Day

Each year on this day since 2007, I have celebrated my latest Heart Day Anniversary, as back then I had a major heart attack that led to me retiring early from teaching, just short of my 50th birthday.
I’m up to my 14th now, and still feel as good as ever thanks to a couple of stents, 6 daily tablets and a healthy lifestyle!
