Hellebores

It was not my intention to spend the morning working on my family trees, but somehow I got engrossed and suddenly the morning was gone. I had intended to do something else, but now I cannot remember what!
 
Today’s picture is of another patch of Hellebores, which I only noticed today, when I went to photograph a different clump. I have some white ones somewhere in the garden, but I have not seen them this year; maybe the wildlife have eaten them!
