Last minute Blip

Last minute Blip today - a cheerful paperweight. I can just make out the details on the base - I must have bought it from Caithness Glass at least 25 years ago - it says Whitefriars ... scarlet bouquet ...Caithness 127 of either 150 or 250. then a signature which looks like B Coltard.
The 'extra' shows how the darker flowers are actually 'floating' in the glass. not merely on the base
