A glorious day

Felt just a little bit like spring today, that rawness in the air wasn't there. 
These are "regular" houses such as on any subdivision, but I wonder how much they charged these homeowners for the view.

(Note to self, take a camera out with me on nice days so I don't have to rely on a phone)
