Layers

Got caught up in a major tailback from a traffic accident this morning. 90 minutes later, I got off at the first exit I could and went home. 
Spent a faily relaxing afternoon on the phone arguing with several customer service reps. 
How come they don't understand that a contract works in both directions? I pay, they provide. 
If they don't provide, why should I pay? 
Their modus operandi is to delay, "drop" your call, and do anything but get to a conclusion. Still not over, but I will not give up.
Tomorrow will be another day.

Ah well...
