LD 317 I noticed a wall....

I was in Parliament today and not really looking for a blip until walking into the chamber I noticed this wall in the black and white lobby .

On the other side is a meeting room used for teas and coffees whilst the chamber is in session but  this side is much more decorative and worthy of  recording.
