Selfie

The highlight of my day was sharing an inclusive yoga on Zoom this morning.
Unfortunately my sciatica has been playing up so I didn’t manage to get out for a walk.
Late afternoon I went round to mums to help her with a few jobs. I brought her some pretty pink / purple and white carnations, which she liked .
So my blip is Cassie and me . It’s challenging taking a photo with a cat on your knee :-) this was my best effort.
