Basket of scones

This is what I call a cheap and cheerful blip.

I left work late and arrived home for find my tradesman early. That's ok, we're sorted now but my day is feeling squeezed.

I fitted in a batch of scones for my neighbour. She's good to me and there are a few trying things going on for her. I don't think scones are my strong point but my neighbour thinks they're great.

A bit of butter and jam while they're fresh and they'll be yummy :-)

I don't know if it's just me but this seems to have been a long week. Still Friday to go. But before then the supermarket beckons...
