My back tweaked on the way to work - this made the rest of the day quite tricky.
Struggled through fuelled by paracetamol.
Took the lunchtime walkers out to Saughton park on my own.

Burger at the Cambridge bar after work, quick drink in the Basement bar (they don't wear Hawaiian shirts any more) and a Blipper and show at the Stand.
