Friday: Blue and White

We had a power cut in the night which set the alarms off remotely.  The RCMP rang just after 0400 to check that we were ok.  I just mumbled something about a power cut, not really thinking we should check the house.  Anyway, the fact that I am typing this up now should tell you that all is well.

It was a beautiful sunny day and, even better, it was still broad daylight when I went out for a walk just after 5pm.  The seasons are changing!
