Full Lockdown Day 32: Signs of the Times III

Bristol Together. I'm beginning to dislike the word 'together' as I'm finding it is often used by the rich, the powerful and those in charge  to ease their consciences. "We are all in this together' was a phrase I often heard at the beginning of this pandemic. Of course this is not the case: 60% of COVID deaths are from people with disabilities, if you are black you are more likely to die from COVID, if you are poor you are more likely to die from COVID. And if you were disadvantaged before the pandemic, then you will be even more disadvantaged now. And who will pay for the eat out to help out and the furlough scheme? Probably not the the higher rate tax payers...

And yes, I was visiting Ann Summers (it should be classed as essential) as I'm running out of knickers! :-)
