A renowned author Bapsi Sidhwa visited the university today. I love her book "Ice Candy Man" and I recommend it to anyone who is an ardent reader. Having no formal education as a child, Sidhwa has been a Professor at renowned universities including Columbia ... Now that is an achievement.

For all my blip mates who are on Facebook, I have deactivated it for some time. I might come back, I might not ... can't really say for sure right now. I think I need a break from technology and should use it only for necessary stuff.
