George

I met George ( the dog ) and Belle for a lovely long walk in Mabie Forest this morning. We walked about 6 miles. We got a good view of the Solway coast along the route - see additional photo. George is a rescue dog from Spain. He is really lovely.

Later in the afternoon I attended another Zoom session of The Gita Life course. We are currently studying chapter 4 of the Bhagavad Gita.

My friend Jackie rang . It’s been ages since we spoke. Fingers crossed she can visit later in the year.
