Looking back / Zurückblicken

A cracking, sub-zero bike ride out of town was topped by the view back to Greifswald across snowy fields with the setting sun illuminating the spires.

Sadly I didn’t have a fancy lens or this would also reveal a rangale of deer (yes I looked it up!) picturesquely foregrounding the shot.

The photo is taken from a road called Caspar-David-Friedrich-Blick - he certainly had a good eye for a view.
