Who Knew?

I certainly did not know that chickens had paws!  I thought that paws were only to be found on furry creatures, but evidently our elastic language has expanded again and chicken paws are differentiated from chicken feet by whether or not any of the leg is still attached.  Chicken feet have some lower leg still attached, while the chicken paws are the feet only, with no leg attached.  It is a silly piece of trivia that I will file in my brain.  Don't know if or when I will ever need to retrieve it, but it is there and it is here for a Silly Saturday blip in honor of Admirer!
