Fish and Fizz

The name of the Fish and Chip shop we went to. We were shopping at British Emporium in Grapevine and Sheila the owner told us about the Fish and Chip ship in Richardson - it’s about 30 min drive but we decided on a whim to get our dinner take out there. Superb fish and chips by US standards - in fact the best we’ve had in 20 years here - British chef responsible. The best we’d had before were in Florida with N&J but it was good to find some so close to home! An otherwise uneventful day as with most these days
