Himself is home (don't they kick them out quickly these days!!) - feeling tender, very tired but full of optimism.  Long may the postives continue!!
Thank you all so much for your concern, love and well-wishes this past week.
They tried to arrange transport for him but to no avail - good job I love to drive (and am able to do so) - the 160 mile round trip was well worth it to see him again  -  Whisper was ecstatic when we got home  -  yay.
