Water everywhere !

It has rained a lot this week and staying indoors under lockdown hasn't really been as bad as it could have been.

As often happens the River Eden has overflowed and the local Haugh park has flooded - apparently someone was using a paddle board there yesterday and a video of it appeared on Scottish TV.

I am sure the situation is very much worse in some parts of England.

We often walk home via the river walk path but as the extra shows, taken from the bridge over the Eden, the path is a bit like a river itself.
