Another Ice Formation

Dear Diary,

Just a couple of inches of new snow yesterday; a freshening up of the winter landscape.  And just another interesting "icicle" this morning.  I've never seen such a flat one with a hole before, a perfectly round hole.  Another couple of inches will fall tomorrow.  Another week begins.  Do you detect a cycle here?  Sigh...
