Crunchy snow

Jet’s ears were an indicator of a bitter wind today.

We woke up to snow and frequent wintry showers added to the amount. By the afternoon the sledges had put in an appearance. Not quite enough for me to get the cross country skis out. In the past I have been known to ski up the road from the house. 

Richard celebrated his birthday today. Richard and Stephen enjoyed a stretch of the legs with Jet. Later we enjoyed a Take Away from an excellent local Indian restaurant Spice 4 U. Normally we would enjoy a family outing but hopefully he can have another official birthday like the Queen once it is safe to do so. At this rate we will have so many things to celebrate the diary could be full.
