Today's Read

Did a bit of bookshelf tidying yesterday and came across a book I picked up some time ago at a Second hand Bookshop (Dyfi Valley Bookshop, Machynlleth). Its a first edition print from The Oakwood Press and is dated 1954.

An absolutely fascinating read detailing the infantile squabbles between the London and Brighton Railway and the South Eastern Railway. Such as at one point the Brighton Railway refused point blank, for almost a year, to allow the Caterham Railway access to their station, then known as "Godstone Road" and now known as Purley.
