Needs and aspirations

A working blip from the session on community action planning that I was delivering today. I'm working with the community of Kingseat where some 300 houses have been built in the grounds of the old hospital. It's a beautiful tranquil place with lots of mature trees and paths but there are some shortcomings - no post box, no shop, no playpark, virtually no public transport and some unconverted ex-hospital buildings which are an eye-sore. So lots for the locals to get their teeth into. Just ripe for a development trust!
