His happy place

Xander is such a happy wildling when he gets the chance to spin . It's one of the things he does when he's stimming. ( a person with autism may be trying to:

stimulate the senses or decrease sensory overload
adapt to an unfamiliar environment
reduce anxiety and calm themselves
express frustration, especially if they have trouble communicating effectively
avoid certain activities or expectations ) . He does this a lot when he's trying to calm down or when he's anxious.

It's been a good day today. I did some floor steaming this morning and general tidying. Played a few memory game's with the Wildlings. And then I finished my painting. It took a few days as it has many layers to it .

After lunch we went a walk and then back to our park for a play . And now it's dinner time and the weekend. Woo hoo. Have a great weekend. X
