Pretty Cold

I went out at lunchtime with the plan to go for a short walk. It was sunny with temperatures not much lower than yesterday. But a biting cold, easterly wind quickly drove me back inside, and I only went out again to find a blip in our back garden. 

Otherwise it was mostly a day of chores, bookkeeping, filing and correspondence with my mother's care insurance (they've halved her monthly allowance because we allegedly missed an appointment with her case manager - which they had suspended themselves due to the pandemic...)
