What a Lot of Vegetables

A shopping trip to Cork today with Rachel and very successful it was too, she ticked every thing off her list!! We met eldest daughter Rosie for lunch at a newly opened Southern Indian vegan restaurant. Very tasty food followed by the best chai tea I've ever had, it contained no less than eleven spices many hand roasted and ground, including mace flower and ground nutmeg seeds, I went away with a sample but no more information, a bit of a secret recipe!
This young man looked quite proud of his vegetable display and so he should be, an amazing variety to behold.
