Idiots on ice!

I spotted these folk on the ice as I was leaving for town today. I don't think that ice is uniform, it almost looks like it is composed of plates with obvious lines of separation. (See extra photo.) They were quite far away in the wrong direcion, so I turned round and headed on. Another Boots/Tesco double header awaited me, then I got the bus home. Heaven!
