Waste of time (and money)

Got the members pack from NT today.
A bit sombre because the NT has had to make nearly 1300 people redundant due to the collapse in revenue last year.
The magazine also mentions that the new handbook no longer has any mention of opening times or facilities at the properties due to the uncertainty of Covid restrictions going forward.
That’s fair enough, but why did they waste that money printing and distributing it instead of telling members to use last year’s book for information and go on the website for details of opening times etc?
It will just go straight in the recycling, could have saved a dozen jobs instead.
