The Other Washington

Felix and his fishbird, playing in a bag I brought back from Washington State. It has images of some local landmarks. When I used it here at Safeway, the clerk looked at it and said, "Oh, the OTHER Washington." 

This Washington performed pretty disappointingly today. W. coined the term "Mitchquittal." 

Apart from a slippery trip to the landfill this morning, we've been housebound today. Outdoors is glazed with ice. Nevertheless, across the street (they of the freedom-loving horses) is at last replacing the fence, and a team of very hardy, and likely very cold, guys were working hard through the sleet and snow and frozen rain.
