Chocolate Cookies

...were the highlights of the day. This is just a house I like, one of the oldest on our hill. It was very good to get outside; hadn’t walked in a couple days. The ice has started to melt, though even with temps above freezing it was still nippy on the ears.

This morning I. played a few pieces LIVE with a music quartet she’s formed with school friends. She starts back to school a couple days a week beginning Tuesday. Apart from two days in November this will be the first in-person since last March. D. will start back next week.

But first, a nice long weekend with no school or work (apart from a piano lesson) tomorrow! :-)
