Cactus Flower

A few months ago I took the photo of the cactus found on the grounds of the hotel where I go to the gym. Today, low and behold, the thing was in full bloom! Yes, another day of bliss as we forget the political realities around us and focus on the beautiful!

The day is filled with things to do on the last day of a normal working week. Taking the kids to the doctor for shots (which should have been done, well, a 'while' back) and then dealing with various situations here in the office.

Our care group is fasting from 7 to 7 with focus on peaceful elections. Some will break the fast at 7 while others will do it 'earlier' - please don't judge!
