Skiing on the lake with familiar friends

Nothing much, but a big thing to me done today.

I am not talented or ski expert, but since 2013 knee injury I have not been able to ski until now. I have made a lot work to stronger my muscles to keep knees functioning as normal as possible. Which is not much. Knees and every other joint was aching in the morning, after the long walk yesterday.
So of course painkiller meds taken today and I used metal knee supports again, nevertheless I was happy to ski on the lake nearby, some 3,5km trail. Hubby and my daughter were with me. And hundreds of other people aswell.
