Snow remnants
By morning all the snow will be gone and there is a very strong possibility that there will not be any more this winter, so I could not let the opportunity slip of taking the fading patterns it provides to the landscape. It is becoming milder as the day progresses. After a freezing start to the day with a strong, biting wind, there is now rain beating against the back of the house.
Ms S and I have both been feeling significantly below par from the vaccine so after our morning walk we have hunkered down. I have caught up with the ironing (at last) this afternoon and swapped vaccine experiences with my sister in a telephone call this morning. The milder weather should permit some gardening soon, if it doesn't keep raining.
