Chilled

That’s my day in a word. Relaxing morning and walked over to a stretch of canal I used to walk with my daughter and our dogs, it was never very busy but today it was. We crossed the first bridge and walked around an area we didn’t know and back by the last bridge. Lots of ducks, moorhens, coots and a couple of swans, all walking on the frozen bits.
Game of chess this afternoon was a great success as I actually won.
Finished my book and started a new one before cooking dinner.
I have the latest Rankin but after seeing all the photos of snow in Northumberland I felt I wanted to read something based in my favourite area so a Mari Hannah book was selected.
