St Nicholas’s Church, Otham

It was what has become the regular Sunday nowadays. A relaxing brunch with egg and bacon rolls. Susan went off to do some painting while I watched the England v Italy game and some of the Scotland v Wales match.

There wasn’t much enthusiasm for the daily walk - we went anyway, across the tundra like fields around Otham that we visited the other day. Conditions were not so exciting as then as a slow thaw had set in making the snow wet with more cloud and an unpleasant raw wind.

Doreen didn’t want to come down this evening so Susan spent a couple of hours with her,cooking her dinner and encouraging her to do her exercises while I came home to prepare ours.

I had a good chat with Chris in California watching Landon bomb around like a highly charged energetic dynamo.

Today’s blip, suitably mono to match the day, is of St Nicholas’s Church, Otham which has featured in my blips before although not from this angle.
